Randy Peacock
President & Owner

President and owner of Peacock Construction LLC with over 35 years of commercial and residential construction experience in Savannah. Randy has built over 200 homes in the greater Savannah area and served as lead contractor for Abercorn Commons — home of Panera Bread, Michaels, Ulta, and Ashley Furniture. A Georgia Southern University graduate, Randy holds a General Contractor's license in the State of Georgia.

Complete tenant improvement and build-out of a historic Broughton Street storefront for Bowls & Bubbles, a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh bowls and Kung Fu Tea. The scope covered full structural demolition of the prior tenant space, underground plumbing rough-in, steel stud framing, custom wood-look tile feature walls, new ceilings, LED and decorative drum lighting, white subway tile, service counter fabrication, and all interior finishes — delivered on time and on budget.
